I'd heard through the rumormill that you and Delia were in the city for Carnival. We spent a fortune on this manor, and there are many empty rooms here, and we'd love to have you both come stay.

As a treat, I happen to have box seats to this strange little circus that has come to town. It'd be so much more fun if you came with Janet and I to make out own entertainment out of this show.

And I could use some help planning my fund-raising dinner and the Southside party. There you are - full disclosure.

But do come stay with us. Phillip misses you, and can't separate himself from the City right now - and I would like a chance to get to know you and your friends somewhat.
