Captain Wesley Hobart, Privateer

One of the privateers commissioned by Oberon to harass the shipping of certain trading rivals, Wesley commands the frigate Raptor. His home port is Amber, so when his ship is in port he is often seen about the city, spending his share on parties and trinkets of various sorts. Born the son of a tavern wench and a sailor, Wesley quickly developed both a love for the sea and a desire to better his live a better life than his parents had. He has succeeded. Those with the right connections may also know that Wesley also indulges in some extra-legal transactions, including smuggling things both into and out of Amber. Of late, he has often been seen in the company of Elyssa Darcy, and occasionally with Abigail Garrett.
